GPU Frankenstein repair?

I found some cheap 4080 supers where I live. They are both listed on eBay as ‘for parts’. One has cracked PCB and the other has no core or VRAM. Could I transfer the VRAM and core from one card to the other safely? What would I need? I’m new to soldering, is it possible to just follow a YouTube tutorial or no?

VRAM would probably be doable for an amateur. Main processor would not.

You can get high res photos of the PCB here, https://www.techpowerup.com/review/msi-geforce-rtx-4080-super-expert/4.html
