Thanks, I was looking for a smaller HDD. But as far as cooling goes, I think I'm gonna stick with the corsiar cooler. And I do like the EVGA card aesthetically, but how is the cooling on it? (vs the gigabyte version) Mainly cause I don't plan on using additional fans other than the ones included.

Nope, currently using a K70 RGB and a chroma deathadder.

But whats your input on the EVGA 1070 SC vs the gigabyte card I have in the build?

Ahh okay.

Also, I mentioned before repurposing an SSD of mine, however, I'm not sure if the required cords would come included as a spare of the sort with everything else. In the "Excellent build", I didn't see that any other parts were ordered with the SSD for hooking it up. So, should I be safe or are there additional cords I need to order?

Also, as far as the power supply is 750w too much? I may consider doing an sli set up so would the extra wattage be safer to go with? (rather than the original 550w)

Thanks again.

Ahhh thanks, just wasn't sure where to go.

Only reason I'm using it is because I have it at the moment as an external drive and I'm planning on repurposing it. But thanks for the input.

Well, maybe not as much as you're implying. However, I figured it be best to just be prepared for the future, but at the same time not get too much ahead of myself.

Hahaha, I know I said that, but after thinking it over for a while I figured I should get the important stuff out of the way instead. And as for some other aesthetics, I found that I may just end up getting some lower end led strips at some point after the computer is built.

Anyway here's what I have so far. http://pcpartpicker.com/list/KZgK7h

Pretty much only thing different like I mentioned before was just a bump in the processor. And as for an SSD, I actually have a 500gb samsung 840 evo that I'm using currently that I'll end up reusing.

As for a wifi adapter budget, maybe like around 40-80 dollars. However, the cheaper the better and basically something that'll get me the most bang for my buck. But if you have one in my that you recommend that is out of that budget then by all means feel free to share it with me.

One more thing! What would be an alternative motherboard that includes wifi and bluetooth that gets me the most bang for my buck?

Thanks for the reply! Really appreciate it!

Well, as for the graphics card I was kinda set on gigabytes 1070 as well as the motherboard selected in the build. As for the some lighting, I did run across NZXT's Hue+, but it does seem a little costly compared to some other cheaper options although they may not be as customizable. As for a budget, I really wanna get the important stuff out of the way and eventually work on the aesthetics. But one of my main concerns is if I were to stay with the same motherboard and graphics card and upgrade the i5 to an i7, would it be better for me to bump my power supply to a 750? Also, if I could go wired I would, but unfortunately I can't get any cords running to my room.

I love the build and am planning on building this within the next few months as a first custom pc, but I'm really big on aesthetics and the minimal RGB lighting on the GPU isn't really tickling my fancy. Is there any else I can do to make the most of the side panel on case? (fans, ram, etc. lighting)

Also, I see people talking about the power supply and how it may not be able to get you the most out of the GPU. What would be the next best thing if that's the case? And, I plan on bumping the system to an i7 6700k, but is there anything else that may be upgraded as well so that I may get the most of everything? Also, I'm new to building computers and was just wondering about whether or not I'd have to get a some sort of wifi adapter? Not sure if the motherboard had one built on it.
