Looks pretty solid, 760 is a great value. Just curious as to why you decided to go with the low profile memory. Were there space issues in that case, or was it most a financial decision? Overall it looks like you are getting a lot bang for your buck with this one, which is always good!

Awesome idea, really original! I do have to ask though, how many warranties did you have to void to make this work?

The only thing this is missing is one of those oscillating room fans for cooling.

The reason I put the sound card in there was that I wanted to have higher higher quality DtoA converting. Now that you mention it though, i'm not sure my parents will know the difference. Thanks for the recommendation on the CPU.

Go down about a fourth of the way here to see a nice chart that will provide some comparative specs. http://www.legitreviews.com/amd-fx-8350-8-core-black-edition-processor-review_2055 In general, I highly recommend this site when doing benchmark research. It looks like the FX-6300 is going to give you slightly better performance.

Thanks, that build looks pretty nice. I was thinking of going to a smaller SSD with a regular HD, but hadn't gotten around to it. Thanks again.
