and as for it being a "fact" that it helps the country, lets just say that even with this new system suposedly designed to curb healthcare costs, the healthcare costs are STILL rising, but now more people are paying for it as well, so it effectively made the industry more wealthy and made many poor people more poor.
not exactly. what they did was make it mandatory to carry insurance from private insurers and then subsidized some of the cost for many who they deemed unable to afford it while fining anyone who is uninsured... what this means is that if you ACTUALLY cant afford the cost, then you are still getting fined anyway. Theres a ton of people, myself included, that fall into that hole... and so i am uninsured AND being penalized because im too broke... the reality is that my employer offers health insurance, which makes me unqualified for the subsidies, however, its $40 a week for that insurance and then by accepting it i lose another $1.7/hr in a special subsidy to my pay as a contracted worker... which equates to about $100 a week for me that i lose by getting insurance. Im a single guy with a crappy job, so thats definitely not affordable. So yes, obamacare is crap and was poorly executed. it should be a public system and not this private insurer with guranteed customers crap we got.
by the "Ahem Corsair Ahem", ill just assume lack of experience.... only some Corsair models are bad, others are top of the line.
ya, thats a good deal on that card. its a REASONABLE price, unlike the normal cost.
find a local pc shop or LAN gaming center and ask there.
plus theres demand still for those moving to SLI their old 780 cards now instead of selling the old ones and upgrading models.
it should work unless you get a defective one.
i5 will crush the fx in games. it sees higher minimum fps and thus less frame rate spikes that show up on screen.
He was forced into the bail out right off the batt. alot of that is due to Bush and even a little due to old clinton policies.... that said, he sucks for other reasons like this Obamacare crap that became a new tax on us and all hs social agenda crap... I like his Iran deal and i liked part of the bail out (would be better if the regulations governing the aftermath were far more strict). His management style is crap though... and is unfortunately a big influence on the crap tastic NY governor that is using the same strategies to force junk legislation on us in our state.
Cheney would lose. Too connected to the Obama administration for anyone to forget...
Think I can fit my hard drive in your ram slot? We can just keep banging it till it fits or gets broken...
You mean that study that was debunked by every other professional researcher? lol
Seriously though, they sell tons and people typically only comment when one fails. The black does not have a high failure rate, they just sell too many
Also, none of this matters as much as your router... Its called a gateway for a reason
Yes and no. Depends on your needs...
Intel has the greatest OS support and just works.
Realtek is solid as well and tends to focus a bit more on certain traffic types for better speeds to most desktop users.
Killer is specifically optimized for game play, and allows user configuration of priorities based on apps as well as other benefits, but you must install the driver and are typically screwed if not running Windows.
That's all general... There's a ton more going on, but that should be enough to give a rough idea for consumer Lan chips built into consumer motherboards... When your talking server or add on networking components, that's a totally different ball game...
The Web site is trying to compete with newegg and Amazon while the store is competing with other local shops... Walmart does it too. Microcenter which is nowhere neer me seems to do the opposite by advertising low prices online that can only be had in store lol.
Ah, got ya. It's still early in the release cycle so the selection is quite lacking currently.
the reviews on that 4k on NCIX look promising. Id go with that if i wanted to over spend on a monitor... :P
i price match newegg with them alot.... the website also should be checked against store prices as they tend to differ now and then. i buy locally from them using online prices quite often lol.
they do what you tell them.... you either use software to control them, or set it to do it in the bios
with the right board and OS, it should work.
z170 is the mainstream route. x99 is the expensive wild power build route. z97 is still relevant, but not going anywhere new now.
id do the 4790k over a 5775C due to higher clock AND oc.... but id take a 6700k over both. you missed that option...
whats the point of that build? Looks overly pricey if its a game system.... and ya, get a bigger psu
Whoever told you that about the wattage is someone who you should stop listening to. That said, the other 2 guys here know what they are talking about. Heed their advice.
He can't. He is not qualified due to his immigration status.
Ah should do well.
Fully Uninstall the amd drivers before installing them again.
what driver problem?
they will likely work ok together... even more likely if they have the same timings, and even more so if they are the same brand or model.... but, ya... most likely they will be ok, just no gurantee
ya, raw, un painted metal... if its any color other than metal, then its painted :P
assuming you plan to eventually overclock, go bigger on that psu. 700-800w would be ideal.
other than that, i cant say anything about the cpu cooler as ive never used that one, but the rest looks ok.
higher initial cost than adding a 970, but ya, better option over all.
ya, that will play it on lower settings very well, but nowhere neer max. a 7950 or 760 could get some great settings going, but thats 2 generations newer hardware and still not maxed, just good looking.
if you mean 980, yes. if you mean 980ti, definitely. if you mean 280x, thats really the minimum id recommend right now... ive had mine for 2 years almost, so it was worth it, but i would call that more a minimum to aim for these days if you want to keep the ability to run newer games at higher settings another couple years. a 290x or a 390 is a much better option now.
haha, ya... this thread has a potential to explode quickly if people start posting to it...
nobody really plays them anymore, simple as that.
warthunder trumps them both lol, but world of warships is where its at! best game they put out so far, and i think its still in beta
haha, im pretty sure gamestop sells them too.... they sell online games directly at retail stores for other services as well just because of people in your situation.
yes, BC2 is still live and active... i was playing it a few days ago
Arma is a different beast than most due to the insane draw distances available.... Get the best you can afford because this game can really take a toll... that said, i play it maxed out at 1080p (except certain distance sliders) with a 280x, and on high at 4k with much lower but still smooth frame rates.
if you get at least a 290/390 or 970, you will be ok, but more power wont hurt.
agreed. take the financial hit for the new HBM costs on this card series and reap the rewards later with market share and loyalty on the next product wave.
the fact that "Deez Nuttz" is polling high tells you something about our current atmosphere... call it disenfrancised and cynical...
i like realism, so i chase the best resolution and detail i can get... that said, it has to be smooth, especially fps games and racing games. i dont mind a small stutter on occassion in an RPG, but its a deal breaker in a good FPS or if it takes you into a wall in a racing game.
double the ram, add a second 970 (or swap to 980ti), upgrade the psu if you go sli... thats prett much all id bother with. Or you can do a motherboard/ram/cpu swap for z170/ddr4/6700K
the 1440p ips @ 60hz will likely be the best for you. it will look sooooooo much better, and dont let the 60hz fool you as 60fps is still the standard for a reason and your not competitng, so the minor advantage it may give in CSGO or something wont mean much to you.
so its worthless then... same price as the better version... UNLESS its shown to support oc, and does so very very well.... 980ti put to shame kinda very well... otherwise its pointless. they should have just gimped it for the $500 market
just use stick on velcro and slap it wherever pleases you :P
in some massive ram sucking games, maybe... in LoL, no. your problem lies elsewhere (assuming your not playing on an APU which MAY see other benefits)
ya, 750w tends to be the manufacturer recomendation, but 650 is kinda the minimum you should aim for
spend more time on this site watching us teach/debate/argue things and youll learn alot
