This PC will not work without a graphics card because the Ryzen 5 1600 does not have an integrated GPU.
These days most people will use a USB drive. Any drivers that are on an included disc will often be outdated by the time you get the item anyway.
Yes, and the PSU only has one 6+2-pin connector. In other words, it has one connector that will function as either a 6-pin or an 8-pin. It's still only one connector though. The video card needs two.
That PSU only has one 6+2 PCI-E connector, and the video card requires two. That's why it's marked as incompatible.
As best I can tell, that is the same case as the PC-A75, which is already on the site here.
