32GB of RAM? That's too overkill for me. Also, do you plan to upgrade from 750 Ti to 970?

Don't get the Z97 motherboard if you're not planning to overclock and/or using locked CPU like i5-4460.

Also, I'd get a better GPU like GTX 960 or R9 380.
