Bro bro bro bro, seen ur comment on that monitor if its at 60Hz it might not be manually tuned to 75Hz you have to manually turn ur hz up to 75hz

Nice PC and all but you do know that your ram isn't being used to its extent? Your mobo only accepts ram up to DDR4-2933 mhz and you bought 3200 mhz ram, your ram is always gonna be capped at 2933 because of this.
