Have you thought about placing the fans on top of the radiator instead so dust won't build up inside the case over time? Linus did in one of his YouTube videos and that saved him the trouble of blowing dust out of the case.

Based on the picture of your case fans it looks like your creating negative airflow inside the case.

You know if you remove the optical cage and the drive bays the airflow will get better in there.

Why not go with AMD? And the video card you could have saved a couple of bucks by getting the evga GTX 1080 ti SC black edition. And why did you pick and old version of Windows?
