A very nice monitor, 1080p, IPS display, good packaging and a quality piece of hardware.

I grabbed both of these off of Newegg during a shell shocker sale and got an incredible deal on them. I love the way they look. They've been great for gaming and everything looks gorgeous on them. I don't use their speakers so I don't know about that, but the visuals are outstanding. I wanted a 1080p IPS with good response time and these fit the bill perfectly.

IPS, 24", and thin bezel. The picture quality is great. Only thing I hate is that the buttons are behind the bezel which is weird, and the stand is wobbly. If you have a sturdy desk like I do though, the wobble will not occur. Using a vesa amount will also solve this.

Monitor: Gotta love an ASUS IPS 24" VN248 for around $100.

Switching the Source Input on this Monitor is a Menu Driven Mess compared to my Other Asus Monitor. Outside of that the Panel itself is very clean with a great picture. Just had to knock off a star for that because every time my boys want to toggle over to a Game console from the Computer Display it requires my assistance and it honestly should be a breeze..

Great monitor, not too big and not too small. Easy-to-navigate menus and simple hook-ups. Great picture.

These things are huge! The office has a mix of sub 23" monitors, and this is huge by comparison. Using three of these on a monitor stand makes a really impressive video wall.

from completed build First build! Thanks for the help pcpartpicker!
If you're hesitant on buying this just do it! It has a great viewing angle, is huge, led, and ips! Also the price is not bad at all for something of this quality!

I got mine on sale, and the first one was defective. The second one works fine. The stand is wobbly, and the speakers are outdone by most earbuds, but the picture is just right. Probably has better bang-for-the-buck than most other 1080p, LED, IPS monitors out there. They're on sale so often, you can get 2! Also, this monitor is VESA compatible.
