It's so small and top quality. The zero-fan mode is great. The cost is a little high, but there are frequently large discounts. The sleeved cables are nice and just the right length for small builds. I wish it had a SATA power cable with only a single connector as the three connector daisy-chain is annoying to cable manage in such a small case.

Got a decent price early on in my acquisition process. $90. It was the 2nd component I bought after the case. Maybe I would go with the 600 now since I busted my budget, but the 450 platinum can handle what I'm throwing at it.

from completed build Dad's SFF Christmas Rig

I can't imagine trying this SFF build with anything other than the flexible sleeved cables on Corsair's platinum line. As it was, I still had challenges with TOO MUCH length on the cabling. Shorter mods recommended, but I made this work. There are loops of cabling under the GPU / over the fans that are not well-secured enough. I have a feeling I'll be manually pushing up those cables occasionally.

Due to the small build, I kept the power draw low, so I could try to keep the temps low-ish. 450 was plenty.

Includes ATX adapter which offsets the PSU (rather than centers). Cables are very flexible. Fan often remains off unless under heavy workload.

from completed build The Very Overbuilt Family PC

Insanely high quality PSU for systems not needing a lot of wattage. The only real complaint is that the including wires are on the short side – when I put together my build in an NZXT H200 case, the PSU cables were too short to be connected along the back-end of the case. I had to use a cut out in the case to have a more direct path between the motherboard & the PSU, but it was very tight.

If you're thinking of using this PSU with a larger Mini-ITX case, be wary. But in a small form factor this is probably the best PSU you can get.

from completed build SFF Taobao Case: A few regrets

Very premium PSU. A little expensive, but for the price you get a very efficient PSU, individually sleeved cables, and premium packaging.

Awesome PSU from Corsair. The only thing I would change is have all the cables be shorter by 50mm or so. Mainly the 24pin and GPU cables.

I've never seen the fan move. Ever.

Its small, its quiet, and the cables are top quality. I'd wager the only thing you could do differently is getting custom length cables for exact length for your case, but you should be using this in a SFF case and the cables worked as intended.
