from completed build My Custom 1080p Ultra Linux Gaming Build
Incredibly solid NVME SSD. I would suggest getting the 240GB stick, however, as it's roughly the same price as the 120GB. When I ordered it, the 240GB wasn't available, and since I use Linux which has a completely different filesystem model as well as a completely different drive-mounting model, I don't run into any of the issues Windows users might have by using a 120GB NVME with a 240GB SATA SSD. I can just combine them without even bothering with RAID, since we don't use the drive-letter mounting nonsense. I can automatically mount specific partitions across multiple drives in specific locations at boot-time. On all I/O benchmarks, this drive works at advertised speeds, and I get from BIOS to login screen in about 4 seconds with my Arch Linux install which is rooted on the NVME.
