well im done using my phone's earplugs, so time to get a headphone that would help me in fps games.

    PROS
    - surprisingly comfortable to use; playing with this for hours doesn't give any aches in my head
    - great directional soundstage; in fps games i can finally hear where footsteps are coming from, as long as there are no other loud explosions to distract me.. and even in non fps games, the soundstage is so good you can actually hear the direction of where environmental noises are coming from.
    - long cord; so this means if your desktop is abit away from where you play, you can connect this headphone and not worry about if its long enough
    - sound quality is good enough that likely an external dac/amp is not necessary

    Cons
    - No noise cancelling
    - Open-back means anyone can hear what you hear; you have to slightly lower volume if you have roommates nearby to not disturb them
    - long cord; which means that if your desktop is close to where you play, you will get alot of tangled mess when this headphone is connected
    - decent for listening to music; if you listen to music most of the time, get a different headphones

    from completed build Aurora

There is nothing at this price point for open-back headphones that compares to these. Bass is lacking, but that isn't as much of a deal for me as it may be to some. Sound stage is excellent, volume is excellent, great set of cans.
