For a stock cooler, It does a fine job. It's a locked CPU so overclocking is out of the question, meaning a fancy AIO liquid loop or higher end air cooler isn't really necessary. All my temps are well within normal, and no spikes have occurred whatsoever. Would definitely recommend.

Bought a used CPU on ebay but it didn't come with a CPU cooler. Got the cheapest one and it cools fine

Amazing bang for buck cooler, delivers way better than stock cooler performance and is way quieter too. Planning to use in my dad's new pc when I get a watercooler.

I actually like this CPU cooler alot. It does it's job well even tho is one of the cheapest on the market. Would totally recommend for those who needs that extra cash for some other parts.
