I committed myself to Be Quiet when I bought CPU cooler and fans for my PC, and I don't regret that a tiny bit. My mITX rig is on the desk, so I definitely wanted to be as quiet as possible (and relatively cheap...). The Shadow Rock is a tad overkill for a i5-4460, considering the 84W vs 130W TDP values. It does it's job very well.

It's quiet and very low profile. I was able to install this inside a SG13 and it keeps the CPU very cool.

I don't tend to agree with their website's notation of this being compatible with the ASRock Phantom Gaming-ITX based on not allowing the USB3 header to be plugged in or requiring modification to fit over the VRM heatsink (half star off for lack of notations). Not sure if maybe the 9000 series Intel chips are thicker across the board which caused the issue, but I had to pre-bend the mounting pieces to get the screws into both sides (half star off for installation issues). Other than that, it does a good job of keeping a 9600k cool and it stays silent.

I got a LP cooler because at the time I was looking at small cases that had really low cooler clearances (CORSAIR carbide Air 240, among others). It's not required for the 301 - a tower cooler is probably better due to airflow direction, but it's still a great cooler Easy to attach, good cooling and super quiet. Trade off is that its not quire as efficient as bigger ones, but for what it is it does really well. Only potential issue could be RAM or VRAM for some. I was able to orient mine in a way that I could fit it without covering my RAM and waste the RGB underneath a heatsink, but others may not be able to.
