Awesome motherboard with great overclocking features. Sharp-looking and well laid out. The audio seems particularly good, especially the headphone jack. Also, the dedicated audio power provided for external USB audio interfaces is appreciated because this is my audio lab PC. When my monitor was not recognizing video on first startup, I found the diagnostic feedback provided by the 2 LED display very useful to determine that the motherboard was working properly.
The only slight issue I had was that the ethernet port is not recognized by Windows until the MSI drivers are installed. But that didn't cause any trouble, just a little initial concern.
Definatly a motherboard you should get if you are using red and black color scheme and you like MSI
A great mobo. Coming from some proprietary prebuilt piecemeal Gateway mess, this was a dream. Most of the reason I decided on the 2011 socket over the 1151 was because of the quality and selection of motherboards. Eventually I may make a few other improvements to my rig (Custom loop, SLI, add RAM), and I know without a doubt that this board can take it all. BIOS was easy to set up, and I did not have the Killer Ethernet issue that some users have reported.
Did I mention it's gorgeous?
My favorite feature of this motherboard is the large amounts of USB 3.1 ports! I can transfer files from my phone to my computer so much faster, as well as other holding all my peripherals such as mouse, keyboard, wireless headset dongle, and my wired Xbox controller. I like that it can hold up to 8 RAM sticks. So much memory a computer could have!
Pretty nice board with a lot of features. It's very nice looking and the bios is easy to navigate. I have had some weird usb port issues, namely when I had a lot of ports occupied at once. On-board audio was actually very nice and the headers for fans and usb are in pretty convenient spots.
