Drop the windows disc, you can install from a USB and then add a "key" whenever you feel like. MSI "MAX" mobos are compatible with Ryzen 3000 cpus out of the box. If you want quiet you want an aftermarket cooler, and a video card that really has a handle on cooling. I bumped up the SSD to a bigger m.2 so you only have to use the HDD for storage. The case fans will also make a noise difference, so pick nice ones. Also a 450W PSU is a bit tight for future expansion, the 550W one is very close in price

I changed the mobo since you don't need a max for a 2000 series mobo. I also changed the psu from some random manufacturer I've never heard of (not good) to a good psu from a reputable source. Also, if silence is a concern, I would add a aftermarket cpu cooler, which i did. The wraith coolers can get pretty loud. Since there's a aftermarket cooler, I put in the 2600 since it's bassicly the same as the x version. Although, If you really want the most fps, the 3600 is the best for pure performance.
