Anti aliasing not working in all games

I have weird AA flickering/shimmering in all games. Below are few videos. Please watch fullscreen and max possible resolution.

Total War: Three Kingdoms flickering on bodies and grass. Happens only on TAA. FXAA seems fine. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AR_raX90bsM

Division 2 flickering black window. Also, shadows in game are very pixelated/low quality. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V-WACOdZfhk

AC Odyssey. Beneath the ark on stairs, same flickering as previous two. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fU_54ubn8Kk

No Man's Sky flickering surfaces almost everywhere. Happens on TXAA. FXAA doesn't work at all (shows extreme jagginess) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IPyyAfDI3Ck&t

More videos can be seen on my channel.

Now the most interesting part about this issue. Everything worked fine, games looked amazing until I installed RTX 2080 Ti on my main gaming PC. But... somehow this problem also appeared on my laptop and secondary PC too. No hardware change was made in years in them! I tested additional computers and they also provide same flickering in all games. I even turned my old PC (which haven't been turned on for more than 2 years) and vuala it has same flickering in all games!

Any suggestions what could I try to solve this? Do not suggest the things which I already tried. And I tried a lot:

-Clean reinstall OS

-Billions combinations of settings in NVCP

-Many combinations of settings in Windows

-Various settings in BIOS

-Update old/new drivers

-Changed hardware, tried several video cards, rams, monitors, TVs

-Tried laptop with integrated graphics (tested 7 different PCs)

It this a curse or what? I have some games on Humble store and will give it to someone who will tell me a WORKING solution to this issue.

Wait...you installed the 2080 ti in your gaming rig which caused this issue, but then your laptop, second pc, and old pc all had the same issue without any hardware or software changes on them?

Yes, you are correct. Sounds weird... but that's how it is.

Looks like some z-fighting going on. Nothing to do with your system, but with the games themselves. You most likely did not notice it before. In the end, nothing you can do about it.

I know what z-fighting is. My issue is related to anti aliasing. Something is preventing it from working correctly. But what I do not know. It's definetly not normal when all the surfaces in 90% of games crazy shimmering/flickering like that. Everything was fine before GPU upgrade, then these problems appeared out of thin air.
