I'm definitely getting one for myself! - It's also curved, forgot to put that in the title.
I have this monitor and it totally rocks. I bought it off amazon, and want to buy another.
Just ordered mine, I currently use 2 x 1080p 144hz Element gaming monitors (they're like a cheap ebuyer own brand) they are crazy cheap for what they are though. 1080p 144hz, 24" ultra slim bezel lightweight panels. cost me £132.50 each and they have been brilliant. I just noticed ebuyer have got one of their 27" 1440p versions on sale for an ex display unit - £200.00
Not a bad price if you don't mind lesser known brands! I've psersonally never had an issue with mine but i know on some games my pc is capable of 100fps+ on 1440p so i wanted this monitor more for the solo games i play just for a better experience really. Probably end up having a 4k 60hz monitor whenever my PC is good enough to handle it! I am waiting on the ryzen 3000 series to come out before i do anything else though. currently using a ryzen 7 1700 so a 6 core 12 thread CPU with like 30% Higher clock speeds would be my next go to.
My current setup below:
Just note that the monitor does not come with freesync / gsync. If you can't get 144fps on 1440p, then this may not be the monitor for you.
RIP that kinda sucks
I am able to maintain 144+ in all games, so it works for me, but others might have an issue with it.
^^ and it depends on what game your playing too, perfectly fine for competative games, but for something like AS Odyssey or witcher 3
