I have a problem with my old HP Elite 7500. When I turn it on, there comes 6 short beeps. According to the hp website 6 beeps means video card or graphics problems. (Before 2015). Sins i dont have a graphich card in it, that leads me to the cpu/motherboard. But is it any way to test this, without changing the motherboard? Ps. No access to BIOS.

Not really...

You should try a different motherboard (if you can borrow one) or a different CPU in the same motherboard (again, just borrow one) don't buy anything yet before you know what really needs replacement.

I got my dad to look through the pc dumpster at work. Might find something.

Make sure to get compatible parts. Just because a CPU fits, it doesn't mean it's actually supported. Check the motherboard's manufacturer website to see if that would support your CPU.
