$90 Ryzen 1600 vs $125 Ryzen 1600x

I’m building a highly budget based used parts pc ($250), mostly to sell but also game on in the meantime. mostly using eBay bids for it, and some local deals if i find any, my current parts list is, Ryzen 5 1600x ($125) b350 mobo, idk what i’m gonna get already have the ram and hard drive 8gb ram ($0) 1tb hard drive ($0) rx 580 4gb or 8gb ($60-$70) h500i (if i can actually win the bid) ($30) EVGA 500br ($40, mail in rebate, $25) So to get to the point, i don’t know if i should cancel the order for the 1600x or go more budget based. should i save the $20 or just keep it to sell? help

My opinion...get the 1600 or $20 less, considering you need an aftermarket cooler as the 1600X doesn't have one.

So, you must pay for the cooler too.

1600 makes more sense

1600 for $90 is the better deal.

Good luck selling a custom PC as a completed build. There's no market for it. Anyone interested in a custom PC is going to want to build it themselves. Anyone not interested in a custom PC will prefer a mainstream branded computer.
