I’m making a RGB build with water cooling and I have no experience with these pc parts so I wanted some opinions on the parts and if there is better options?

I'd suggest a better monitor for the 2080. For $100 more, here's a similar build with a better PSU.

The RAM, SSD, and PSU are cheaper, and I replaced the 1080p144 monitor with a 1440p165 monitor with G-Sync. (If you can't spend any more then $2370, you could downgrade the case from H700i to H500)

I would say just avoid the water cooling, not really necessary and would save you a chunk of money to spend on other things that matter more, like that monitor upgrade already mentioned.
