It's been ages since I have built a pc, so much has changed, neck I can still remember the usage of tape drives and floppy disks heh. My last rig was a 2600k Sandy bridge. I am in need of a big time Upgrade . Needless to say as I'm writing this in doing so on a kindle, so I am not sure if I even managed to set the link right for the parts list that I made. Well anyways the new system will be used for 3D apps, Photoshop, aftereffects, and gaming with a dash of 3D printing, if I'm lucky. I am staying with air cooling for now with some over clocking that's stable, I don't need to reach warp factor 10 heh. pcpartpicker

There's your build.

It's certainly amazing! I use a similar monitor and it's awesome. I wouldn't change much at all and only for preference of manufacturer like Seasonic for the PSU and avoiding ROG tax but that is splitting hairs.

Thank you staffsMike, I was not sure about the psu as far as manufacturers reputation of reliability and wattage. I wanted to play it safe in both. I may have gone over the top but it should be good.

Everything should last me for 5 + years of so. Again thank you for your help.

Dang forgot to ask is the evo m.2 worth it? I only want the os on it nothing else I went big due to those windows updates and what not. The others will be populated with work, modding and gaming.

That M.2 drive is not even a NVME drive it runs the same speed as the SATA SSD but cost more, not worth buying.
