Changes:

-X470 is not that much different from B450, so I changed it to a B450 instead. -Changed RAM to not have RGB to save a bit.

I plan on overclocking the CPU so thats why I chose X470 Motherboard.Also that was the cheapest 16GB 3200MHz RAM.Thanks!
