Need an aftermarket cooler for my ryzen 7 1700. Needs to perform better than the Spire, I prefer something with a little bit of colour, or a black heatsink

I like be quiet! coolers just cause the heatsinks. and Cryorig.

Budget of $60-70 CDN

Wouldn't mind an AIO either if possible

Yes, but the black Be quiet! does cost way more. :-P

Nevertheless that Cryorig is a really good cooler, comes close to your available budget, does have zero ram clearance issues and it does come with a decent tube of thermal paste too. Plus screwdriver! lol
