Vega 56 on a 550W PSU?

Hi, Im currently using a GTX 1060, i5-6500 and Im thinking to upgrade my GPU (and eventually CPU when the next Ryzen CPUs comes out) and I just found a good deal on the PowerColor Radeon RX Vega 56 Red Dragon HDMI 2xDP 8GB

The product page recommends a PSU with at least 650W but it says that the GPU only draws 100W.

Would my PSU bottleneck it? I have a Corsair 550W Bronze PSU

...but it says that the GPU only draws 100W.

It depends from the application in question. At idle it may consume 15 Watt, and by full gaming load it may hit 200+.

A 550 Watt PSU will be more than enough, for a build with a i5-6500 including all the remaining computer components like Ram, storage devices etc. etc.
