Need a parts list... been getting bad opinions on mine.

Total budget: $850 CAD (+- $50)

I have a Ryzen 7 1700 (purchased for $199) and a Thermaltake Versa H18 TG (purchased for $59.99) Subtract those parts from the total budget.

Need everything else. No monitor or OS required. Wifi card would be nice if not included, but not necessary

Will be using it for streaming and recording (using x.264, handled on the Ryzen 7) As well as light video and photo editing. Playing 60-75Hz 1080p games like fortnite, PUBG, Rust, Kerbal space program, etc.

Edit: total budget AFTER SUBTRACTING CURRENT PARTS is around $600 for remaining parts. Keyboard and mouse not needed either.

I like it. I’ve got some nice blue case fans coming already so that’s not needed, but thanks anyways.

i wouldn't get an rx 580 anymore. the 1660 is better for the same price.

and also, always get 3200MHz+ for amd. big performance increase.

At this budget a GPU $50 cheaper than the 1660 is a compromise I agree. But budgets are budgets. Also, there is not a significant difference between 3000 and 3200mhz.

Forgot to mention kb/mouse not needed, but thanks anyways. Meant to subtract the Ryzen 7 and case from the budget but this works by downgrading to a non ti version of the 1660. Thanks! Really like the motherboard.

Oh, okay. By the way, if you can. Get a Gold 80+ Power supply. Bronzes are good, but not the best. But if you can't its perfectly fine,

For recording your going to need 2 different drives never record to the drive the game is running from and that SSD is way to small to record raw gameplay to.

That case also only comes with one fan so you will need to add.

Not gonna include case fans in budget cause a buddy of mine is reselling his corsairs to me for cheap

Also I’m going to buy a 2TB HDD in the future for recording to, I’ll only be streaming for the first bit. Will have multiple drives for both video/audio editing as well as recording

Nobody knows that unless you say it.

I know. I see most builds never include case fans in the list anyways. You suggested it, not me

Because most people don't know how many fans come with the case.

Like the builds listed nobody was aware you already had hard drives but had no clue about recording gameplay not to record and run the game off the same drive. Their a bunch of people on this site that have no clue, their just picking parts.

A lot of people see this case and think good 3 fans and yes the picture shows 3 but it only comes with one.

I seem to sense a theme with the motherboard here. Same with the 1660 and damn RAM is cheap! Saw that on r/bapcsalescanada a few min ago
