2080 or 2080ti?

I am going to be doing a build this upcoming fall. I have a budget of around 2,600$ for the PC. No keyboard, mouse, monitor or whatever included in that budget. I want to either out a Ryzen 7 or maybe the new Ryzen 3000 series if it ends up being good. I do quite a bit of video editing and stuff so I want 32Gb of ram. In this budget I can fit a 2080ti in the build. Do you think it would be worth it to get? Or should I just get a 2080. I will be doing Video games, maybe streaming, video editing, and just general use. This build is probably already overkill for what I am going to be doing. But is there a big difference between to 2080 and 2080ti? Would it be worth it for me to get the 2080ti? Please help me out!

For a bit of editing 32GB are too much.

And that applies to the RTX 2080Ti vs RTX 2080 comparison.

if you are into 4K gaming, get the 2080 TI and kiss the low frame rates away :)

if not into 4K gaming, then hard to justify $1200 of your budget $2600 on one part - GPU
