I've got this notification on my part list...

Hey everyone. So here is my doubt: I've got a notification on my part list saying that my Enermax ETS-T50 CPU cooler may need an adapter to fit in my motherboard, the Asus ROG STRIX B450F-Gaming. Here are their links,

http://www.enermax.com/home.php?fn=eng/product_a1_1_1&lv0=49&lv1=103&no=322

https://www.asus.com/pt/Motherboards/ROG-STRIX-B450-F-GAMING/

Is it something I should be worried about? If yes, can you tell me what kind of adapter is PC Part Picker talking about?

Thanks a lot.

It's asking for an AM4 adapter. Unfortunately I can't tell from the Enermax site whether it's included, and amazon.es is useless. Newegg (USA) suggests that you can get the AM4 adapter from Enermax USA support, so one might hope that the same applies in Europe. (You're buying in Portugal, if I'm not mistaken.)

I'd say contact the retailer you are buying from to see what they say about an AM4 mount adapter, and if that gets you nowhere, try Enermax directly.

Oh, ok... I'll search for that AM4 and if I can't find I'll replace the Enermax by another CPU cooler since I haven't bought it yet. Thanks.
