So I have heard a lot about the Noctua but whats so good with them compared to others?

I want a semi quiet fan 2 front 1 back with good airflow

(VERY) Generally speaking, there is a performance curve that case fans fall along that strikes a balance between airflow and static pressure. To get a high-airflow fan, you (again, generally) have to sacrifice some static pressure performance and vise versa. "Performance" type fans appear above this imaginary curve while "Silence" type fans tend to appear below this curve. Your use case determines what kind of fan you'll need, and then you get to factor in other elements such as price, noise, and misc features (housing color, RGB, etc.).

Noctuas are considered good because they (again, generally) trend above this imaginary performance curve while also staying comparatively low-noise. The catch is that they also tend to be pricey. Every fan strikes a balance on price, noise, airflow, and pressure. Find the performance you need from a reputable brand and you're probably good to go no matter what.
