IMO - use the stock cooler (for now) and determine if you need additional cooling or not, switch to a better motherboard, and upgrade to a GTX 1660. Alternatively, you could upgrade your PSU, instead of dumping all the extra dough into the GPU.

If you decide that stock cooling just isn't cutting it, when you can pick up one of these (or save longer and pick up a 240/280mm AIO, skip the 120 AIO all together).

Adding a 240/280 would take up my entire front panel, but eh I guess I could do it. I would just have hot air exhausting inside the case or having hot air blowing at my legs

I like the 1660 though.

  1. What else are you gonna do with your front panel?

  2. I'm on air cooling, and plan to continue using air cooling. There are better options out there (than stock), I was simply stating that typically 120mm rads aren't worth it in relation to air solutions, so if you want water, go 240mm+, but staying with air is entirely viable.

Will probably stay with air cooling. Had a nice rgb fan setup for nice airflow was just gonna look nice.
