Hi Guys,

I'm thinking about picking up the above arm for my RODE NT USB microphone. I'm tired of it sitting in front of my keyboard because it makes my posture uncomfortable when I'm gaming/streaming. I'm not the tallest guy, so I feel like it's a chin rest as is. I'm a bit worried about to position it so it doesn't pick up much keyboard noise, but I'll need to figure that out.

If anyone has thoughts or a review of the arm. It's much appreciated.

there's a reason cheap arms are cheap. this seems to be similar build quality to my rode mic arm, but at a much better price. personally if i didn't have a mic arm i'd pick this one up. i have used a few cheap arms in the past and they just aren't good

your mileage may vary obviously, but i move my mic around a lot and a nice arm lasts a lot longer.

Thanks. I won't then haha. I saw the Ps1 arm that is super popular, but thats $100 and I can't pick it up in store. So just go cheap? or spend more?

You're right. I'll hold off for once on splurging for the nicest possible part. I'll try their $15.99 boom arm and return it if I have issues.
