Is this power supply good enough? Please help!

Hello. I build a PC based around a Threadripper 2990WX recently. It has an ASRock X399 Taichi motherboard.

The power supply I used was this: Seasonic FOCUS Plus Platinum 750W (80+Platinum, ATX 12V) PSU/Power Supply - Black

I didn't need a GPU other than a super basic one as it wasn't initially intended to be used as a workstation - just a render farm machine. However, I've recently purchased this: MSI GeForce RTX 2070 ARMOR 8G just to try a bit of CUDA core Octane rendering.

Would the power supply I previously installed be good enough? Any advice appreciated. Thanks in advance.
