Could someone tell me exactly what to do to make my seagate barracuda 3tb hard drive work as a 3tb drive in one partition as opposed to 2 partitions?

First, backup whatever data you need from the drive and then use Disk Management (right-click on Computer -> Manage -> Disk management) to delete the two partitions and create 1 new partition using the full drive.
