Overwhelmed young man, first pc build

  • Budget: $600
  • Location: USA, NJ
  • Use: Mostly Photoshop and Adobe Premiere. I'd like to play games like Oblivion, Skyrim, Binding of Isaac; games that shouldn't be too demanding. No need for ultra settings or anything like that. I'm content settling for low-medium as long as i get good frame rate
  • Peripherals required: Need monitor, keyboard, mouse, speakers
  • Operating System required: Windows 10 i guess

I understand that this is a real low budget after researching for the past week, especially needing peripherals too. I'm mostly looking for any input/recommendations since my only knowledgeable buddy is struggling to help. Superbiiz has a PC building system that looked good enough for my needs but people seem against it so I'm asking here first.

Also I'm new to the forums so if I did anything wrong please let me know asap so I can fix it!

Here's what I would consider the 'minimum' ($14 over, but it should run fine. The RAM might appear to be slow, but OC'ing it should make up for any issues)

However, if you can stretch your budget to 800 (maybe 850 at a stretch), I'd suggest buying this. You get a punchy GPU (which should be more than enough for the titles you want to play, and more), a fast single-core speed CPU and a supplementary HDD

I think i'll save up for the beefier system. No point in being too hasty. Thanks for both of the set ups to consider man!
