840 EVO vs 840 EVO mSATA

I've been doing some research into doing a storage set up with a HDD and a SSD. I've picked out my HDD but now I'm trying to decide between the afore mentioned SSD's. With the research I've done I cant seem to find much difference between the two Evo's. I am still pretty new to computers so I may not understand what the difference is, if anyone can help me out I would greatly appreciate it!
