I am building a gaming pc and i was think of getting a sandisk 32gb for my OS. Is this a good idea

No, SSDs have pretty bad performance when they fill up a bit. Also, it's always good to leave a bit of room for any programs you might want in there, or OS updates. I'd recommend going 128 gigs or 64 at the very minimum
