Old Power Supply

So I have a 10 year old Thermaltake Toughpower XT 750W 80 plus bronze power supply that is unopened. Could I use it for this build https://pcpartpicker.com/user/ShadowGearX/saved/9rRTWZ

If you are spending that much on a build you shouldn't use a scrounged up decade old PSU in it. Even a 2017 Corsair CX would be a better choice, and those aren't expensive at all; they go on sale for less than $30. A white-label Corsair CXM would be a bit better for a couple bucks more, and ideally you would put in something like a Seasonic Focus Plus, EVGA G2/G3, Bitfenix Whisper M, or Corsair RMx in it.

On a side note, get an i5-8600k over the i7-7700k. Newer, similar price, and better performance. A good air cooler would trounce the 120mm AiO cooler; at the moment the Scythe Mugen Rev. B is a pretty good value. Finally, if you get an unlocked processor you should get a Z series board so you can overclock. Here is a modified version of your build.
