Pre-built PSU replacement

The power supply of one of my family members' office PC has stopped working. They took it to a repair shop and they quoted a ridiculous price to replace it. Since then they have bought a new PSU and asked me (presumably because I've built a PC before) to replace it.

Is there anything to worry about when changing a pre-built PC power supply or is it as simple as just switching the two?
