If you plan on overclocking that build can use a ton of power under full load. Since efficiency is one of your concerns, you will probably want more headroom to help keep your PSU running in its "comfort zone" and thus a bit more efficient. On top of this, Titanium is the highest efficiency rating. Something like this may be what you are looking for.

I will prob be only using premiere pro with after effects, will 750w be enough? thanks

If you aren't overclocking, then you should be fine. Either way PSUs run at their most efficient around half load, which still means you might want a higher wattage PSU.

I probably should have asked this earlier, but why are you looking for high efficiency?

I saw some reviews on builds and some mentioned that titanium/platinum can help with electric costs, heat and even noise? I am new to all this thats why. Thanks again

Electric is a bit of an exaggeration. Unless your electricity is very expensive, or you run high loads 24/7, the difference between a Gold rated unit and Titanium rated unit per month is pocket change.

Heat, though, could be more of a concern. A few watts less heat can mean lower temps and less fan noise. Getting a unit with a good fan, and making sure you aren't stressing it, would likely help more with noise than purely looking at efficiency ratings.

This build will draw around 350 watts. Overclocking will probably pull it around to 450-475 watts.

I normally don’t suggest super high end units because the G3 is enough. But the best PSU on the market is the SeaSonic Prime. It’s titanium rated and is the best unit out there.

Though any efficiency beyond gold gets diminishing returns, so to save money, just go for a 750w G3 since it supplies the two CPU connectors needed for TR.
