im want to play at 1080p on max settings in all games 120+ fps. i plan on playing csgo gta v arma 3(dont expect 120+ fps for arma) and r6 mostly. I may stream but not that often so ryzen wont be a big need but for the price if ryzen is better go for it. My budget is 2000 canadian and if you can put it in the s340 elite that would be perfered thanks.

Tad over 2k, but you get everything you need in there of high quality including mouse, keyboard, and windows. My personal opinion, you don't need above a 1070 gpu for 1080p and the 1070 will last you for years if you keep playing at 1080p. If you plan to upgrade your monitor to 2k or 4k, then I suggest getting a 1080.
