Opinions wanted on my first PC build.

So I'm putting together my first ever PC (it's something I've wanted to do for a long time), and have done a bit of research and put together this part list:

I plan to use this PC for gaming, as well as everyday use. The main things I would like to get opinions on are the CPU, MB and GPU, but any advice at all is appreciated.

I don't really want to spend any more money on it, but if there are major improvements that can be made with minimal spending increase, I may be open to them. Conversely, if I can change to some cheaper stuff without compromising performance, that would be great to.

cpu cooler is way overpriced just get a corsair 240 mm rad

Ok, so I've worked for about an hour to make a better build and finally finished it. It costs around $200 less but is 30% more powerful! With that extra money you can add lights and fans to the PC if you like. Cheers! :)
