Solid build, includes windows 10. If you want to be under budget you can replace that ssd with a 32gb version just for windows

I plan on upgrading later on actually, how would this Ryzen be good for streaming and could I run games on high settings like wow?

For streaming? Not brilliant. Acceptable? probably. (Though ideally you would have 16gb of ram for streaming)

It will run wow, overwatch, other games of that level at ultra 1080p 60fps. If you are going to play more demanding games the gpu could be taxed on some higher end AAA titles like the witcher 3 or something similar. The cpu will usually be okay but will also run into some trouble in some big AAA titles like gtaV. If you keep to medium settings for 1080p you should run at a smooth 60fps though.

My only thought with upgradeability is that the A320 chipset doesn't allow for overclocking which I think would hurt in the long run if he is planning using it as a starter platform to upgrade later. Overclocking the non-x ryzen chips are part of what gives them good value. Mostly the same build but with cheaper case, power-supply (fully modular too), and B350 motherboard instead.

Down the road, look to step GPU, CPU, and storage as needed.

Sounds good mate, let me know how the r3 1200 handles streaming, I know it will run but you may have to play on low details.
