Was planning on getting the x62 for my build, but a website has the x52 in stock that also comes with the am4 bracket. Will it suffice for my build? PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

There will be at least a 3 degree difference, maybe higher. This is at fans at highest speeds. (1700 RPM for X62, 2100 RPM for X52, processor under load)

If you bring it to similar speeds, there would be a 5 degree difference.

Overall, I would by the X52 over the X62. It makes little difference and you save some money.

The larger and bigger radiator of the X62 allows for more heat to be dissipated. As such, you can get the same thermals with a much lower RPM on your fans as the X62 or you can dissipate a lot of more than the X52 coudl at the highest RPM. Its all about balancing the fan curve and the RPM to change the amount of noise being generated.

I happen to have a brand new x52 that I changed my mind about. Nothing wrong with it, I just changed my mind is all. I'm looking to sell it if interested. 125$
