Quiet alternative to Intel Stock cooler

I'm planning on putting something together in the near future, using an i3 6100. I could stick with the stock cooler, but I want the system to be really quiet. The first thing that came to my mind was the Cryorig M9i, but I'm trying to see if I can get something cheaper.

Any suggestions?

That might work, still seems alittle loud though...

Arctic Cooling, Gelid Solutions, and Thermaltake have some pretty good options.

Noctua low profile isn't cheap, but it's good and silent.
