i never noticed anything strange. my cpu usage was ranging from 20-40 percent and my gpu was ranging from 1-10 percent.

Select all individual cores to be monitored, not only the overall CPU usage.

You have only 4 anyway. So, it would be good to know how much of a load goes to each core.

And not forget to check the GPU as well.

Cpu1 15-55 very rarely went over 60 Cpu2 same as cpu1 Cpu3 same as 1 and 2 Cpu 4 50-60 when lagging it would go 70-80 Overall 20-40

Gpu averaged 40 degrees Celsius Gpu usage 20-50
