Description

Cpu: Ryzen. 5 1400, I didn't hit the cpu lottery. It booted at 3.8GHz but crashed on cneibench Test R15. Set voltage 1.3825V and set OC to 3.7 GHZ. Now its stable with max temperature under benchmarks and gaming load of 62C. Resting temp is 39C. I did have to rotate and remount the stock CPU cooler so I use some Arctic Silver I had from another build. Guide says do not go over 1.4V. Latest bios installed

MSI B350 Pro. Nice MB. Updated to latest bio. easy to use. Make sure you install cpu cooler with AMD label away from memory banks. Only issue is Heatskink fan bracket plate on back of board can come loose when you remove the plastic clips to mount stock cooler. Use some tape to hold it in place

Ram 2x4GB 2400. Works with XMP profile at 2400. I have not really tried hard to OC it above 2400. I waiting for bios updates and will install an additional 8GB later

HD" 1TB works well

SSD: 240GB using it as windows boot. Boots under 10 seconds

GTX 1060 3GB. Wanted at RX 580 but bit miners have killed at 470/480/570/580 stock. Working nicely at 1080P. Room to upgrade in a few Years. Got a nice rebate.

CXM450W I cant say how nice this semi modular power supply is for install. A steal at 19.99 with rebate. Look no further for a decent 450W Bronze supply

Case: Azza Sirius. A nice looking cheap case with plenty of bays. Light weight. Nice window. A steal below $30. I got a $10 rebate. Decent cable management. Only issue is MB stand off can strip out if you not very careful when you install the MB screws. 2 Wire fan is decent. Come s with 1 front usb 3.0 despite what disc says

Window 10: meh

CD/DVD - basic it works

Wifi: it works no driver needed

Keyboard and mouse - reviews were good - Works very well so far for gaming

Fan Splitter: MB supports 2 fans so I added a 4x 4 wire splitter

Monitor Sceptre 24 1080. Nice monitor very sharp. Only complaint is can get speakers to work with audio format

2 Pack Blue 120mm fans - More Blue LED bling. They change intensity based on speed

Seeing 60 fps on bf1 1080 no stutter

The miners are killing most of nividias stock as well, this inflation is royally taking its toll on everyone who is looking to build currently. Nice build though +1

Nice build! Can't help but feel the 8 gigs of RAM is a bit of a bottleneck though. Very clean build, looks great!

When I saw the keyboard and mouse at picture 1, thought it was stock CyberPowerPC. Then I saw picture 4, and it was Redragon. Nice build though!

Wow I am sorry that you could OCed to 3.8. I think you are just really unlucky I hit 3.8 with 1.2750V however if I try to go to 1.3750V for the 3.9 with the stock cooler or ever 1.3500V the temps during Prime95 go over 85 and the PC crashes I found out that my chips cant handle voltage over 1.35 witht he stock cooler :(
