Description

Build is geared toward average gaming and is my first build

Started with a Xigmatek Vanguard windowed case in black. Stripped it, painted it, removed front 120mm fan bracket. Cut holes in front plate for better front fan air flow. Added carbon fiber vinyl to the face.

Asus Gryphon Z87 mobo and tUf Armor. Intel Core i5 4670k delided with new TIM. Corsair H80i GT liquid cooling unit in push/pull as 120mm exhaust. 140mm Noctua Industrial fan for front as intake. 2x Corsair SP140 140mm fans for top as intake. 2x HyperX Fury white 4GB 1866. Samsung 850 Pro 256GB SSD. EVGA GTX960 FTW 4GB. EVGA 650G full-modular PSU.

Future plans: Remove drive tray bracket, add second smaller ssd,a large hybrid drive, or make small raid 0 array. Finish wrap on handles, add dust filters to 140mm fans, finish drive area wire management, maybe add a fan hub or controller. White paint for tUf armor and GPU. White 24pin and 8pin extensions.

Thanks, I'm thinking of painting the GPU backplate and mobo's tUf armor white as well as removing the drive bay cage in favor of something lower profile where you can see the Samsung SSD through the window.
