Part Reviews

CPU

Decent CPU with amazing power efficiency.

Video Card

These days, it's better to get an R9 390 but it's still a powerful chip nonetheless and I couldn't say no to the deal. This particular cooler is compact and runs quite cool.

Case

Take the amazing Define S, shrink it down and this is what you get: A compact tower that doesn't compromise on ease of use or functionality.

Power Supply

High quality modular PSU with sexy cables. I can't ask for more.

Operating System

Boots up under 10s with 7200 RPM HDD. GG WP.

Congrats on a fine build / choices! You have a plenty of potential / a way of upgrading it bit by bit. When I was building my Nano I thought 'glad I wasn't doing this as a first build' so I can see where you are coming from. +1 Challenge completed!

PS Nice photos :-)

When I first saw the Define Nano S, it was love at first sight

I feel the same way. Your build is almost identical to mine. Great stuff.

It comes with a one 2x, 3-pin fan splitter. You will need to buy another fan splitter if you want more than two case fans but only have one fan header

the FX8350 is great for a gaming build. With DX12 on the horizon all cores will be utilized in harmony.

Utilized? Yes. Used? Maybe. Performance? Perhaps. Intel: Utilized? Yes. Used? Most probably. Performance? For sure!
