Description

This is my first gaming PC build. I sold my ps3 for this and am happy that i made that decision. The build went very smooth the only problem i ran into was the CPU cooler being able to shift. Other than that i love this build. btw the prices are higher than what i paid i got some black friday deals.

Thank you put a lot of time into researching a lot of theses parts, wasn't to worried about the color scheme at this point just performance. So far she is running great with low temps but I got a coil whine while running 3dmark11. Is that normal?

How is that monitor for gaming? I love the U series and I'm wondering if they have improved lately to be better for fps gaming.

Why no SSD? And why the 770 4GB edition if you play single monitor?

I will in the near future go three way surround. A little at a time. ha and the ssd just added a lot of cost right now when i didnt really need it at this point.

I am building a computer very similar, but with the i5 3570k and gtx 760 instead of the 770.

Nice build, its really similar to mine. Also why'd you custom enter the graphics card? They have it on here: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gigabyte-video-card-gvn770oc4gd

Thank you. I see are builds are very simular, do you like your 770 and you went with the 8320. I was going to get that one how do you like it? I typed in 770 windforce and didn't find it. I will try to fix it thanks.

He probably went to the graphics card section, and narrowed it down with the filters on the right to Manufacturer: Gigabyte and Chipset: 770.

No i have that graphics card so i knew when i saw it in the pictures and found that it was a 770 in the custom parts list.

Oh, well that's another way of doing it. I was talking generally, though.

I really like the graphics card, mine is boosting to about 1240 mhz in game and 1300 mhz in benchmarks

I was going to post a benchmark but it showed up an error and said to contact them. I don't know what the problem was.
