I think you went a little overkill on the PSU and spent too much on it. But then again, its a good thing that you didn't cheap out on the PSU, which many people do. It'll serve you well when upgrading.

Looks really clean so great work. It gives you a good starting point and leaves you room for upgrading. Though I'm surprised you didn't get 2x4GB RAM to take advantage of dual channel since you have 4 DIMM slots unless it's for basic tasks and/or being affordable at the time which I understand this too.

And looks like you have a Cooler Master MWE Full Modular Gold 80+ PSU. Again looks great and may it serve you well. Good job and enjoy it. +1

Do you plan on overclocking? Maybe overclock your ram a little because Ryzen CPU's really like their memory speed.

Smart build with upgrade path.. It will be great when you slap a video card in and another 8gb of ram. I am still running my old 7850 until i get a new card (runs most games well enough) even though 1 fan is busted. Nice build!

nice build, should of gotten 2x8 instead of 1x8, 2x4 can handle more stress since it will have more room

I'm working on an eerily simily build. You'll love not having to worry about power once you start looking for a GPU. I would have liked a rx580, but with only 450w and new cards on the way in the next couple months, I settled on a cheap 1050ti. I also started with one 8gb stick of ram, and man did that 2nd stick make a difference. Lots of ways you can go with this setup, well done sir
